• Where can I buy tickets? View

For the best value tickets, purchase on dodublin.ie, but can also purchase at Dublin Bus Head Office, 59 Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin 1, On-Board all the DoDublin Hop-on Hop-off Tour buses, Your hotel / guesthouse - Ask the front office / concierge for the DoDublin Tour Tickets.

• How can I pay for my ticket online? View

You can purchase tickets online using any of the following payments methods:

Google Pay

Visa

MasterCard

Debit Card

• Where can I join the tour? View

All DoDublin Tours will start and finish at Stop 1 at Dublin Bus Head Office, 59 Upper O'Connell Street.

You can join the tour at any of the 25 stops around the city.

• How will I know where to get off the bus? View

Your tour driver will point out all of the sites and stops and give you instructions how and where to get on and off the bus.

All tour stops are listed in the DoDublin brochure which you can get on the bus when you board.

• Does my tour ticket include entrance to any attractions? View

With every DoDublin tour ticket, customers can avail free entry into The Little Museum of Dublin (value €13).

With every DoDublin Hop-on Hop-off Tour Ticket pruchased, customers can save €5 on the DoDublin Ghostbus Tour and other addtion attractions around the city (discount code will be in voucher after ticket has been purchased).

 

• What age qualifies for a child ticket? View

Any child under the age of 15 goes free with every fare paying adult.

A student ticket can be purchased for any children aged 15 years old or over.

Additional children must have a child ticket.

• Can children travel by themselves? View

No, children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.

• Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users? View

Yes, all of the DoDublin Hop-on Hop-off buses are wheelchair accessible, however there is a restriction of one wheelchair per bus.

On the Ghostbus we are able to take folding wheelchairs but we do ask that you are able to climb the stairs on and off the bus with the aid of your helper.

• Do you have a discount rate for groups? View

• How can I rent a bus for groups? View

Both the DoDublin Hop-on Hop-off, Ghostbus & Ghostbus Kids are available to rent, if you would like to organise a private hire please contact info@dodublin.ie

• How do I get to Dublin from Dublin Airport View

Visit the Airlink Express Airport Transfer Hub for options including express airport transfer buses, mini-bus hire and chauffeur driven car.

If you wish to arrange a bus or coach for a large group from the airport to Dublin please contact privatehiretransfer@dodublin.ie for a quotation.

If you wish to use a public service bus, Dublin Bus has two bus routes you can travel on to the city - 41 or 16 bus.

• Can I make amendments to my booking? View

You can email us at info@dodublin.ie, please provide your booking reference and the details regarding changes you wish to make.

• What if I need to cancel my tour? View

We will make every effort to get your lost property back to you. If you do lose an item on our please please email info@dodublin.ie

 

• What are qualifies for the senior citizen discount? View

If you are over the age of 65 or hold a valid senior citizen ID card from your own country, you will qualify for the senior citizen rate.

• How many languages does your multilingual tour offer? View

We have German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portoguese, Chinese, Russian and Irish. Every second bus is a multilingual tour, please ask the driver when you board to confirm it is a multilingual.

• Do you provide any tours in other languages? View

We currently offer both a live German and Spanish Tour that operate on separate days.
